HARLEY DAVIDSON CHOPPED ENGINE GUARD CHAPS (FITS #49000-235)

I received the chaps. I must say the order process, delivery, and your email were perfect. The chaps are perfect as well, just what I was looking for to aid in the comfort of riding. Thanks for the great product and keep up the good work!

Received the new chaps today & they fit perfect!! They will be greatly appreciated once the snow melts here. Thanks so much for making them. Does your web site allow reviews/comments to be made? If so, I would like to let others what a tremendous job you do & a great product you produce. Best regards & thanks again,

I rode in cold weather today, everybody had to put on their chaps over their pants to keep warm !!!!!! not I!!!! thanks a lot for a great product.

Received the chaps yesterday and put them on last night. Appear to be very well made and went on easily - fit was right on. Tried them out today for 1st time on ride to work - balmy 39 degrees. My normal attire at work (bank officer) is khakis/dress shoes and the chaps did a good job keeping my legs comfy. Thanks for all the help with my order.

Hi Bob, got my Aiirlight Chaps today 5 minutes later and had them on and I am very pleased with both construction and ease of use! A great product and fit! Thanks, please use this if you wish as testimonial. 10 out of 10. Best of luck! Dana

Thank you for the notice on the outside of the box telling me to use caution while opening. The chaps seem well made and they look really good. Went right on very easily and they fit well. By the way, my wife was impressed with the quality and the look.

I LOVE THE CHAPS. What a difference they made. I know I will be getting a lot of interest in your product. GOOD JOB, and Thank You for a good product and your prompt response to my questions.

Just wanted to let you know that they did arrive. Fit like a glove, great job of making them. My son rides a Ninja 650. When he saw the chaps on my bike he said, “ Man, that looks great on there.” Thank you again for keeping after trying to get the pattern. It was well worth the wait.

Thanks for the great product (Chaps with pocket and peg holes) for my 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad. What a great product you have and the construction is second to none. Quite glad I did some research and the KawaNOW site had nothing but great comments on your product.

I received my chaps today and installed them in short order on my 2001 Nomad, in less than two minutes. They are very good quality and don’t take anything away from the look of the bike. After test ride I am totally satisfied with the results. There is no flapping in the wind and the handling has not been affected. It is in the 40’s and they completely eliminated the wind on the feet and lower legs, it is nice to be able to feel some warmth coming off the engine at freeway speeds. I feel this should be an accessory in everyone’s saddle bags, I highly recommend this one piece design, fits like a glove.

I received my AirLite Engine Guard Chaps last night. You have a quality product there and they fit great. I have been looking at purchasing a set of Dumbo Ears for a while and a happy customer of yours turned me on to you. Well, you have another happy customer in me.

The chaps arrived and installed within about two minutes. The fit is perfect and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. I am really glad that I went with the pockets on both sides, it really adds very convenient additional storage. This is the best product of its kind and really serves its purpose well. I will be recommending Airlite to all of my friends. Thanks again for your professionalism.

WOW, am I Happy!! I got home today and the chap was already here. Just in time because I am going to see my friend tomorrow and he lives about 100 miles away, worked out perfect. Once again I can't thank you enough for the awesome service and quick shipping. GREAT JOB !!!! We need more suppliers like you.

Just wanted to drop you a note that I received & installed your product yesterday. I don’t need to tell you how much comfort it offered on this morning’s 5 C ride to work. I really appreciate your expediting the order, you’ve added weeks of comfort on to my riding season

Update after 3 years of use and 70000 KM. I bought your AirLites 3 years ago and they have seen 70,000 km of all kinds of roads and weather. By the end of this season, I will have over 100,000 KM on my Nomad and your (My) engine guard chaps. They have stood the test of time. Not a rip, not a tear, not even in the radiator screen. So In short, they are totally Awesome. I would buy another AirLite in a minute. But I probably won't have to because I don't think they will ever wear out. Thanks for one of the best products I have ever purchased for my Nomad.

I went to the North Georgia mountains and lower Tennessee over Thanksgiving and rode in light rain and then 29 degree weather – the AirLite chaps are the best thing I ever put on my Nomad. My legs stayed dry and warm. Thanks again.

Received the chaps...what a terrific item! It blows away every other set of chaps that I have ever seen. If you don't have the design patented, you should!

Just been and got your package. They fit real good, nice and strong too. Thanks very much for a nice product.

I would like to say that you make a very high quality product that looks great and works even better. It only took me about a minute to install and the fit and finish is excellent. When I read some of the testimonials I had a hard time believing what people were saying because it sounded to good to be true, but now that I have the chaps on the highway bar I can see what all of the people are talking about. Thanks and keep up the good work.

You did good and I am very satisfied with your product! This was set #3 that I have bought. Thanks

Hey Bob, I received the chaps in the mail yesterday...took me about 2 min. to install them, they fit perfectly! Thanks for everything, will be telling my friends about this.

Got the chaps today and had them on in about 3 minutes. Fit like a charm. You do good work. As always will recommend them to anyone who asks (and a few that don't).

Hey folks: Tried out my new AirLite chaps today I received recently for my 1300 Yamaha tourer. The chaps fit great, and work fabulously. The craftsmanship is outstanding. Thank you for bringing such an exceptionally good product to market.

I received the chaps over a week ago and just tried them on. They are great and fit perfectly. Thanks again for your great customer service and attention. I am very happy with both my chaps.

I just wanted to thank you again for the great service. The second set of chaps for my girlfriend's bike arrived Wednesday and they are a perfect fit she is quite pleased. Thanks again.

I rode to Daytona Beach for Bike Week from Oklahoma City, OK. 3300 miles total for the trip, including local miles in Florida. One of the best products I had with me for comfort, thru hours of rain and some pretty cold weather, were my AirLite Engine Guard Chaps. At one point, after riding thru light to medium rain for over an hour, I looked down and saw the outside of my boots were still completely dry. Awesome. I was worried about the water-tightness of my boots, but the engine guard chaps made it a non-issue. And although I got cold in the sub - 40F weather on the way back, your engine guard chaps helped my feet stayed warm. I'm buying another HD, for my wife, a 1994 Heritage Softail, and one of the first products I'll be buying to help her make longer rides is a pair of Airlite Engine Guard Chaps.

I road to work this morning to try them out before my big road trip tomorrow. It was +6 and my legs/feet were toasty warm, what a dramatic difference! Looks like the potential of rain on the way home so they will earn their keep today alone :)

I have no problems what so ever with these chaps. They fit my Cobra Fattys exellent and my Kuryakan hiway pegs. They slip right on and work great for keeping wind and rain off your lower legs and feet. I would buy these again in a heartbeat.

I got my chaps this weekend. They look great on the bike, thank you very much. I’ll use them more for a long touring trips than for a daily rides in California. Thanks again.

I received my chaps. They fit great! Thank you! I have an upholstery shop of my own, when I saw and tried on my buddy Jims you made for him for his 2009, I knew it would be easier just buying from you instead of making my own. I plan on decorating them up with round spots and concho’s. Thanks again.

Got the chaps on great fit and product will recommend highly on Volusia Riders.com site of which I am a long time member.

Thanks for the heads up. No need to tell me how great your chaps are. I have a set on my nomad and these are going on my wife's V Star. Thanks for making a great product that works well and looks great at an exceptional value. Your customer for life.

Just wanted to send you a quick note that I am very happy with my recent purchase. I received your package on Wednesday afternoon and found them very easy to put on er your instruction. Not only does it give the bike a nice new look, I am VERY HAPPY with your product for two reasons. I went for a drive that night (cool and clear) found two major benefits. 1) First is the additional heat from the motor and reduction of wind across the legs made the ride very comfortable. This was to be expected. 2) Dramatic reduction of wind buffeting around my head, which I originally had with just the windshield and deflectors. It made for a very comfortable ride on the highway compared to previous trips without the chaps. I have told everyone I know that this was the best money invested in the bike from a comfort standpoint. If you ride in any kind of weather, this product just makes sense. Several guys were also interested in the product so hope that relates to more sales for you in the Toronto region.
